Spa Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Receptionist to join our team at The Cove Spa Altrincham. As a Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling bookings, and ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area.

• Take bookings and manage the reception area
• Meet and greet guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience
• Provide professional and friendly service to all guests
• Ensure the smooth running of the reception area, handling bookings and queries with the highest standard of guest care

• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous experience working as a Receptionist, spa or Reservation Agent would be desirable
• Thrive working within a busy environment
• Genuine, friendly telephone manner with a positive attitude
• Passionate with a willingness to learn
• Strong administration and computer literate – IT
• Accurate data processing with good organisational/time management skills
• Resilient with creativity and ability to multitask
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team

• £12.10 per hour
