About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and qualified professional to join our team as a Senior Practitioner in Redbridge CAMHS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Service Front Door, with triaging, Initial Assessments, Duty Team, and several exciting interface activities.

You will work closely with our team to provide clear risk and formulations to improve the journey of the young people presenting to the service. You will also have opportunities to develop brief interventions and implement a range of groups and 1-1 therapies within the I Thrive Model and as indicated by CAMHS and NICE guidance.
