Production Operator - Spray Drying Specialist

At DSM, we are seeking a highly skilled Production Operator - Spray Drying Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of spray drying and reaction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-time delivery of spray dried powders, reactions, and pastes, packed and palletized as per process order requirements.
  • Work as a team to produce and execute weekly production plans.
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and personal competencies.
  • Ensure a safe and food-safe working environment at all times.
  • Report plant and systems breakdowns.
  • Engage with Continuous Improvement workstreams to improve the working environment.

Requirements:

  • Team working and collaboration skills.
  • Good English literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Previous production experience in a food manufacturing environment.
  • HACCP/good hygiene and housekeeping.
  • Practical problem-solving skills.
