Production Operator

At DSM, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Operator to join our team in Thirsk, United Kingdom. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of spray drying and reaction processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide on-time delivery of spray dried powders, reactions, and pastes, packed and palletized as per process order requirements.
- Work as a team to produce and execute weekly production plans.
- Achieve KPIs and personal competencies.
- Ensure a safe and food-safe working environment at all times.
- Report plant and systems breakdowns.
- Engage with Continuous Improvement workstreams to improve the working environment.
