About the Role:

Ashby Jenkins Recruitment is seeking a skilled Individual Giving Officer to join our client's team. As a key member of the fundraising team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of individual donors, providing exceptional stewardship through meaningful engagement and thoughtful communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive individual giving strategy to achieve team targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with individual donors, providing personalized engagement and stewardship
  • Work closely with the Head of Fundraising and Communications and the Events Officer to achieve fundraising goals
  • Utilize a CRM database to support relationship management and donor tracking
  • Develop and implement fundraising initiatives and campaigns to engage and retain individual donors

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in individual giving, fundraising, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of supporter journey development and motivations for giving
  • Experience with CRM databases and fundraising software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
