Rhino Recruitment is seeking a skilled Quality Control Supervisor to oversee the final quality inspection of products, ensuring they meet all required standards before packaging and dispatch.


Key Responsibilities:

Inspect products at the end of the production line to guarantee compliance with quality standards.

Collaborate with Team Leaders, Production staff, and the Supply Chain team to identify and resolve quality issues.

Collect and report data on internal and external non-conformance, analyzing trends and developing measurable KPIs.

Contribute to packaging reviews, driving improvements to ensure products are presented in a manner that upholds our brand image.

Create quality alerts and visual aids to address detected quality issues throughout the manufacturing process.

Occasionally assist in resolving customer non-conformance issues, which may require travel.


Requirements:

Proven experience in quality inspection, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

Strong understanding of quality standards and root cause analysis.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.

Ability to work independently, with a hands-on approach and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Physically fit and active, with the ability to challenge constructively and champion quality initiatives.
