Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Leave of Absence Specialist at Salesforce, Inc., you will be responsible for interpreting and applying understanding of Leave of Absence, Salesforce policies and practices, and other regulations to provide advice, guidance, and clarification for employees. You will use Concierge knowledge to identify trends and recommend solutions for Leave of Absence-related matters to aid in Tier 0 and Tier 1 resolution.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in human resources, including leave management/employee benefit experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluency in French, German, Italian, Dutch, or Spanish.
  • Prior experience in a centralized employee relations or human resource function preferred.
  • Ability to build, develop, implement, and engage in new service delivery approaches.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate successfully within ambiguity, multiple priorities, and a constantly changing environment.
