As a Clinical Research Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality clinical research studies in the Women's and Children's Research Unit.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Providing administrative support to Principal Investigators in the setup and delivery of clinical trials and non-interventional NIHR portfolio trials
* Collaborating with research staff to ensure the safe conduct of all research, including clinical trials, in accordance with regulatory and legal frameworks
* Educating clinical staff on the specifics of running clinical trials
* Supporting trials across all ward areas of the Children's Hospital and in the community setting

To be successful in this role, you will have a relevant degree or be working towards one, have considerable current experience of working with children in a clinical context at Band 5 or above, and an interest in working in a research environment. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work flexibly according to role need.
