**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Sales Executive to join our team at Charity Link. As a Sales Executive, you will be the public face of our charity partners, interacting with the public and securing regular monthly direct debit donations or lottery sign-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with the public at various events, shows, and venues to promote our charity partners and secure donations.
- Work independently to achieve targets and exceed sales expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the public, building trust and rapport to secure donations.
- Collaborate with our in-house venues team to secure the best possible venues for fundraising activities.
- Utilize charity-branded clothing and equipment, as well as an electric tablet, to sign up donors and manage fundraising activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, customer service, or field sales.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build immediate face-to-face rapport with the public.
- Ability to work Saturdays, as weekends are peak times for sign-ups.
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions.
- Desire to become a passionate advocate for the charity you represent.
