Clinical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a senior neuro physiotherapist or occupational therapist to join our team as a Clinical Lead for Acute Stroke Therapies. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop their clinical leadership skills and make a real difference to the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • To assess and implement specialist treatment programmes as an autonomous practitioner, maintaining associated clinical records in line with professional qualification.
  • Responsible for the organisation, management, evaluation and development of the specialist service, and the provision of formal and informal supervision to new graduates and less experienced therapists, and non-registered staff members of the team, and students.
  • To lead specialist team-based continuous professional development (CPD) activities and participate in Stroke and Neuro team service-wide CPD activities.
  • To lead on clinical audits, service pilots/projects and other research activities to support the development of evidence based practice.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of around £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for career development.
