Job Summary:

T2M Resourcing Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Financial Management and Reporting to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our management finance reporting roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive management finance reporting roadmap, including the design and development of new reports and reporting systems.
  • Ensure synergy and alignment with stakeholders on a local and shared services level, ensuring that reports are fit for purpose.
  • Provide business insight and develop reports that support the company's change and transformation program.
  • Lead a team of up to 6 FTEs to maintain and develop new management finance reports.
  • Collaborate with the Information Systems team to deliver SAP Management Finance Reporting and Visualisation Tools.
  • Define and agree management reporting requirements at the business unit, geographical region, customer, and product level.
  • Design and agree the scope, granularity, and format of management finance reports that provide appropriate levels of information for all users of financial information.

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant with great technical accounting and commercial reporting experience.
  • FP&A experience with proven skills in developing world-class management financial reporting within a large multinational organisation.
  • Ability to identify the needs and desires of reporting at both local and group level.
  • Strong systems experience in finance ERP implementation or large-scale change programmes.
  • Excellent SAP ECC6/SAP S4 HANA/SAP BW/SAP SAC experience is essential.
  • Adept at developing management financial reports.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and leading management financial reporting in a large multinational centre of excellence.
  • Multiple management reporting and consolidation experience would be advantageous.
