Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Assistant Professor in Climate, Environment and Urban Policy to join our team at the University of Cambridge. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and teaching of our new MSt in Climate, Environment and Urban Policy programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake primarily quantitative or mixed-methods research in one or more of the disciplinary areas in Land Economy applied to energy, climate systems and sustainability transitions.
  • Identify sources of funding for research and build on and expand our network of contacts working in those areas.
  • Teach on undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in areas related to expertise, including economics and policy-related components and modules.
  • Contribute to the running and management of the Department.

Requirements

  • International standing research experience.
  • Ability to contribute collegially to the life of the Department.
  • Flexible approach to teaching and administrative duties.
