Delivery Lead for Data Platform

RP International is seeking a seasoned Delivery Lead to join our Data Platform team. This is a permanent hybrid working role based in London, offering a salary of up to £85k depending on experience and alignment to the role.

About the Role

This is a leadership position responsible for planning, managing, and delivering the roadmap for the ML & NLP Data Platform squad. The successful candidate will work closely with product managers, data engineers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement of the Agile ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Data Platform squad, performing the role of Agile Coach and Scrum Master.
  • Deliver complex end-to-end initiatives that touch upon multiple Data, AI, and non-Data teams.
  • Review end-to-end delivery and Agile ways of working to ensure the team is working optimally across product, design, engineering, and QA.
  • Manage multiple software development teams simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of various Agile approaches, including Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile.
  • Use Agile metrics to optimize team planning, estimation, and ways of working.
Requirements
  • Experience working with scaled Agile frameworks.
  • Delivery experience working within Data teams, including data analytics, metadata enrichment, data transformation, recommendations, and ML/NLP.
  • Strong understanding of Agile approaches and Agile metrics.
