Land Acquisition Specialist

GreenPower is seeking a highly skilled Land Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our land management team, you will play a crucial role in securing land agreements for our wind, solar, and green hydrogen projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist land managers in identifying and engaging with landowners
- Conduct title searches and assist in negotiating Heads of Terms
- Oversee the preparation and registration of land agreements, such as leases and wayleaves
- Collaborate with technical, financial, and commercial experts to ensure high-quality ethics and working standards
- Recognised qualification in Land, Legal, or related subject
- Experience working on property-related transactions
- Knowledge of renewable energy project management
- Competence in searching and dealing with Registers of Scotland
- Familiarity with the work of land agents and legal teams
- Enthusiastic and hands-on
- Collaborative and enjoy working in a team environment
- Professional and committed to delivering excellent service
- Driven to achieve results and ensure progress
- Negotiable salary depending on experience
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm
- Hybrid working policy with minimum 2 days in office per week
- 25 days personal leave, plus 12 statutory holidays/office closure days per annum

Performance will be reviewed initially after 3 months and annually thereafter.
