This role will provide administrative support to the education and governance teams within maternity, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide meeting support to the education and governance teams, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and coordinating day-to-day activities.
  • Manage Business World, Health Roster, and other administrative systems to ensure accurate and timely data entry.
  • Coordinate the setup and management of WebEx meetings, as well as diary management and email correspondence.
  • Format documents and reports to ensure consistency and professionalism.
