As a key member of the team, you'll work closely with ESG and Finance teams to understand, document, and assess data flows, risks, and controls for ESG information.

This project-based role supports our readiness for new regulation, focusing on two core components: mapping end-to-end processes for multiple ESG KPIs and data points. You'll have exposure to various ESG and Finance areas, including Environment, Sustainability, People and Communities teams, Investor Relations, Group Communications, Treasury, and Finance Controls.

Your responsibilities will include partnering with the business to review and document ESG core processes, identifying and assessing reporting risks, promoting process and control standardization, and working closely with the Finance Change and technology team to improve or automate ESG reporting.

Key qualifications include a strong understanding of business processes and associated risks and controls, practical experience of internal controls, and knowledge of ESG issues. Excellent communication skills, report writing, presentation, influencing, and relational skills are also essential.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including annual bonuses, holiday entitlement, private medical insurance, and support for mental wellbeing.
