Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough investigations and assessments of referrals to the service.
- Develop and implement effective plans to support children and families.
- Work closely with other professionals, including lawyers, doctors, and teachers, to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.
- Attend and contribute to Child Protection meetings, Case Conferences, and Looked After Children reviews.
- Utilize Children In Need plans to work directly with children and their families.
- Prepare and submit high-quality reports to courts and other stakeholders.
- Manage a caseload of complex and sensitive cases.
- Enhanced DBS/CRB clearance (we can assist with this process).
