
Safety Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Risk Manager to join our QSHE team in Norwich. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing safety engineering support to the SNS operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct competent in-house safety studies, including Total Risk Management, HAZID, Bowtie, ALARP, and development of Barrier Diagrams.
- Perform consequence modelling using DNV GL PHAST or FLARESIM software and Mini Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRA).
- Hazardous Area Classification and Fire and Explosion Risk Assessment.
Requirements:
- Higher technical qualification within an engineering field, such as Process Safety, Chemical or Mechanical.
- Experience in Safety Engineering, preferably in Oil & Gas, with both design and operation experience.
- Software knowledge of MS Office, PHAST, PHA-Pro, BowTie XP, and FLARESIM.
