Job Title: Configuration Specialist

This role is responsible for supporting the UNO product onboarding process by developing digital solutions to help customers maximize their data capture benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of technical experts, engineers, and project managers to foster a collaborative environment that drives innovation and improvement.
  • Lead by example, sharing knowledge, learning, and professional growth opportunities with team members.
  • Provide and receive regular feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with Technology, Engineering, Services, Product, and Program Management teams to grow the solutions portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and technical best practices to deliver high-quality solutions.
Day-to-Day Activities:
  • Leverage expertise in cloud technologies and complex data queries to drive business outcomes.
  • Utilize Python skills to create bespoke reporting solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Build data visualizations in PowerBI, Tableau, Power Platform, and Power Apps to inform business decisions.
  • Troubleshoot problems and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Participate in milestone ceremonies as directed.
  • Partner with data and architecture teams to ensure quality and standards are met.
Requirements:
  • Essential: Solid experience in Python development, cloud technologies, SQL, and ETL.
  • Essential: Reporting from complex data sources using PowerBI or Tableau (preferably both).
  • Essential: Experience in data analysis and complex database queries and translations (e.g., SQL).
  • Desirable: Power Platform, Power Automate, Azure tools.
  • Relevant degree or certifications in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience.

Experience:
  • Track record of delivering results to customers in a commercial setting.
  • Demonstrated track record of stakeholder engagement to enable aligned goals.
  • Multilingual is a plus.
  • Knowledge of renewable technologies.
