About the Role:
In this rewarding role, you will be supporting students with unique needs to achieve their goals and overcome challenges. As a Speech & Language Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, staff, and students to develop and implement tailored support plans, providing personalized assistance to students who require extra help. You will also contribute to a collaborative and supportive working environment, sharing your expertise and experience with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Support students with unique needs to access their education and achieve their goals.
  • Develop and implement tailored support plans in collaboration with teachers, staff, and students.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive working environment, sharing expertise and experience with colleagues.
  • Hold a recent Graduate degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Have knowledge of supporting students with unique neurological wiring, such as ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, and other conditions.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
