Lifeways Group is recruiting for a Support Worker to work in Brentwood, ensuring the people we support can live independently within their own home and community.

The successful candidate will provide one-to-one support to individuals with complex needs, including Autism, acquired brain injuries, and learning disabilities.

This role includes meal preparation, household tasks, mental wellbeing support, and assisting with daily activities, hobbies, and events.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as DBS paid for by Lifeways, opportunities for career growth, a rewards scheme, paid induction and training, and 28 days' annual leave (pro-rata).
