About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of New Product Development to join our team at Quest Personal Care Global Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of new products and ensuring their successful launch in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development Leadership: Manage a team of product developers to design, develop, and launch new products that meet our company's quality and innovation standards.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting project deadlines.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the beauty and personal care industry.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, design, and technical departments, to ensure seamless product development and launch.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet our company's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Cost Management: Manage product development costs and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Market Launch Planning: Plan and execute the launch of new products, including marketing campaigns, product training, and sales support.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in product development and project management in the FMCG industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry, biology, or business.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
