The Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Scenic Events Production. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established business in the North West, utilizing your knowledge and skills to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Scenic department, improving processes and line managing senior team members within the workshop.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to help grow the scenic department.
  • Liaise with project managers to collate set lists and pass on to the workshop team.
  • Manage the preparation process of equipment.
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety.
  • Provide input on construction design and material specification for custom scenic elements.
  • Research new materials, products & equipment and advise on investment.
  • Provide training where required.

Requirements
