About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scenic Workshop Manager to lead our scenic operations team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality scenic elements on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Manage the Scenic Workshop Team: Oversee the construction and preparation of scenic elements, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Oversee Scenic Operations: Ensure that all scenic elements are constructed and prepared in accordance with the client's requirements and industry best practices.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all scenic operations are carried out in accordance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory and manage supplier relationships to ensure that all materials and equipment are available when needed.
  • Design and Specification: Provide input on construction design and material specifications to ensure that all scenic elements meet the client's requirements.
  • Hands-on Involvement: Participate in the construction of scenic products, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Collaboration and Planning: Collaborate with the Head of Scenic for planning and resource management to ensure that all scenic operations are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor junior team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to carry out their roles effectively.
