Job Description
As a Clinical Leadership Pharmacist at Tesco, your primary responsibility will be to lead and develop a team of pharmacists and healthcare professionals. You will work closely with other members of the pharmacy team to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy and the delivery of high-quality patient care. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading and developing a team of pharmacists and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care;
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures;
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records;
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to promote healthy lifestyles and improve patient outcomes;
  • Providing regular feedback and coaching to team members to support their growth and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful as a Clinical Leadership Pharmacist at Tesco, you will need to have:
  • a degree in pharmacy or a related field;
  • registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC);
  • a proven track record of leadership and management experience;
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • good time management and organisational skills.
