Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our team. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service, and managing the entire lettings process from initial inquiry to move-in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Lettings Process Management: Manage the entire lettings process from initial inquiry to move-in, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.
  • Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing properties to prospective tenants and providing them with a comprehensive understanding of the property's features and benefits.
  • Rental Negotiations: Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants, striving to achieve the best outcome for all parties.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated with local rental market trends and provide insights to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle all necessary paperwork and administrative duties related to property lettings, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a lettings role, preferably within the property industry.
  • Negotiation and Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with a client-focused approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of the local rental market is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Driving License: A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required.
