Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire letting process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all clients.
- Facilitate property viewings while offering knowledgeable guidance to potential tenants.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with both landlords and tenants.
- Negotiate tenancy conditions and contracts effectively.
- Address inquiries and deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a lettings negotiator capacity.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly and enthusiastic approach to client interactions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the Oxford property market is advantageous.
