Commercial Vehicle Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive to join our team in Staffordshire & West Midlands. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with new and existing customers, identifying their needs, and providing cost-effective and efficient transport solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively generate and manage new vehicle sales leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Promote stock and pipeline using marketing strategies, ensuring all customers are informed of and shown all available options, extras, accessories, and other value-added products.
- Identify opportunities and areas of improvement, proactively sharing insights to enhance customer experience and achieve company collective goals.
- Develop long-lasting customer relationships, effectively understanding their current and future requirements, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction.
- Fantastic people skills with the ability to build rapport within a customer-facing environment.
- Proven ability to achieve KPIs and target objectives.
- Passionate about customer satisfaction and trust in our brand.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in commercial vehicle, Contract Hire, and Rental Sales.
- Excellent salary linked to experience (£40,000 - £60,000 per annum).
