Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist

Location: Barnsley

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 dependent on experience

Job Type: Permanent

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to join our innovative architectural practice in Barnsley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering creative and cutting-edge designs, working closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead technical projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality designs and timely delivery.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  3. Manage a small team, providing guidance and training to emergent staff members.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest software, designs, and building regulations.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Chartered or member of CIAT.
  2. Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology.
  3. Extensive experience post-qualification in a UK Architectural practice.
  4. Strong technical abilities and proficiency in Revit.
  5. Effective problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
  6. Proactive and positive approach to self-development.
