Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded whenever possible.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in care work or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Basic first aid and moving and positioning certification would be advantageous.
