Opportunity Overview
We are seeking an Agile Product Owner to help shape the delivery of Salesforce across Europe. This role will involve managing and orchestrating the backlog and sequencing of work for the Salesforce delivery in Europe, working with teams in the US and the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, prioritize, and ensure a ready backlog of work for the product team.
  • Manage a backlog of deliverables and capabilities.
  • Understand and implement team goals and strategy.
  • Act as the voice of the end-user.
  • Optimize the flow of value and set objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Provide feedback, clarify requirements, and contribute to removing roadblocks.
  • Partner with Circle Leads and peers for effective communication.
  • Foster an innovative, inclusive, and diverse team environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in Agile product management preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Relevant work experience in related field required.
