Research and Teaching Opportunities

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced researcher and teacher to join our team as a Professor of Human Geography and Sustainability. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of research in climate change and sustainability, and will be able to lead and develop research projects in this area.

The Professor will be responsible for teaching and supervising students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and will contribute to the development of new research directions and initiatives within the School.

The ideal candidate will have a PhD in a related field, and will have a strong publication record in top-tier journals. They will also have experience of teaching and supervising students, and will be able to develop and lead knowledge exchange and impact activities in the areas of climate change and sustainability.

The Professor will be based at our Malaysia campus, and will be expected to work closely with colleagues in the School and across the University to develop and deliver research and teaching initiatives.

We welcome applications from candidates who are passionate about climate change and sustainability, and who have a strong track record of research and teaching in this area.
