We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Team Manager in our Children's Safeguarding Service. With a strong background in social work, you will lead and support a team dedicated to safeguarding children.

About the Role

As a Team Manager, you will play a pivotal part in leading a team of social workers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Orchestrate and lead a team of social workers within the Children's Safeguarding Service.
  • Ensure unwavering adherence to statutory duties in safeguarding children.
  • Demonstrate a profound understanding of potential risks associated with each case.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to guide their team in navigating complex risk assessments. You will also be responsible for implementing rigorous quality assurance measures to uphold the highest standards.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £47,573 - £49,590 per annum, plus an annual R&R allowance of £2000.
