The Global Contracts Quality Manager plays a key role in delivering quality contracts through cross-functional alignment, prioritized workflows, and process improvement. This role involves diverse responsibilities in contract management and process contract requests, ensuring compliance with client policies and procedures.

As a Global Contracts Quality Manager, your day-to-day will involve leading business stakeholders through the management and tracking of the contract pipeline, operationalizing contract workflows, and owning the delivery of contracts by navigating internal customers through tax, legal, and other client processes.

You will facilitate the contract process from idea to execution through direct engagement with vendors and stakeholders, ensure alignment with legal expectations by using proper contract templates and tools, drive continuous improvement through process and systems enhancements, and support global alignment by coordinating with appropriate stakeholders at the regional and area levels.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3-5 years of prior experience in supply chain, procurement, negotiations, finance contract/program management, or related fields. You should have high-level critical thinking, problem-solving, and autonomy skills, be able to manage multiple priorities, deliver results in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

JLL offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits that support personal well-being and growth.
