We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable care specialists to join our team as Support Workers/Drivers. As a Support Worker/Driver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, working closely with our team of experienced care professionals to deliver tailored support and assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, working closely with our team of experienced care professionals.
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Transport clients to appointments and activities, using your own vehicle or public transport.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and our team of care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in care and support.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in care and support, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
