Care Support Worker

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Care Assistants/Support Workers/Drivers. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care and support to clients with complex needs
- Work collaboratively with our clinical team to deliver high-quality care
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
- Previous experience in care or a related field (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
- Enhanced DBS clearance (required)
- Competitive hourly rates (£14-17.93 p/hr)
