About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Care Assistant to join our team at Abbots Care Ltd. As a Community Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare meals and perform domestic tasks to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Administer medication and provide support with daily routines.
  • Engage service users in their hobbies and social interests, promoting mental and emotional well-being.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £13.00 per hour weekdays and £13.50 per hour weekends.
  • Paid mileage of 40p per mile.
  • Paid training and DBS checks.
  • Ongoing opportunities for additional training and progression, including Level 2 and 3 Diplomas.
