Inclusive Living Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Inclusive Living Assistant to join our team at Positive Futures. In this role, you will work collaboratively with individuals with learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, or autism to empower them to live independently and achieve their goals.

About the Role:

  • Salary: Up to £27,500 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Location: Belfast
  • Type: Full-time

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centered support to individuals with diverse needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized support plans
  • Maintain accurate records of service user progress and well-being

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a health or social care setting, or equivalent qualifications
  • Valid full driving license or ability to travel independently
  • Registration with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC) or other relevant professional body
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
