Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our Operations Shared Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering quality services on behalf of our clients, with a strong focus on data integration and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver project tasks according to agreed time, budget, and quality parameters.
  • Apply project management practices, such as planning, scheduling, resourcing, tracking, reporting, and handling risks, issues, lessons learned, and dependencies.
  • Develop excellent working relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
  • Assess project progress against plan and identify, assess, and mitigate any risks to the project.
  • Produce required project artefacts and liaise with IT delivery and Business Readiness leads.
Requirements:
  • A seasoned project manager with a strong grasp of project management techniques and methodologies.
  • Experienced in managing and motivating teams consisting of both specialised and generalist staff.
  • Proven track record in handling medium to large-scale and/or high-risk projects within data.
  • Skilled in managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders, both internal and external to the organisation.
  • Possess a diverse skill set with the ability to quickly learn new areas and establish credibility with professionals from various disciplines.
