Project Delivery Manager

As a key member of the MWH Treatment team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with CDM regulations through the TOTEX Delivery Process, conducting regular audits, checks, and peer reviews to promote a 'Zero-Harm' culture.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture, empowering reports to think creatively and resolve issues effectively.
  • Translate programme-level strategy into actionable outcomes, ensuring team members understand their roles in achieving success.
  • Oversee the project lifecycle, from receipt of need to project handover, formal sign-off, and warranty issue management.
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Planning teams to maintain accurate cost and resource forecasts, mitigating issues and escalating to the Integrated Projects Leader as necessary.
  • Ensure promoted solutions are safe, commercially viable, and meet project requirements, while being fit for purpose.
  • Guarantee each project meets deliverables and key milestones, such as Project Rehearsal and Fit for Assembly.
  • Cultivate an open, approachable, and visible team environment, engaging with the @one alliance, other alliances, and organisations to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
