Presales Solution Consultant

ServiceNow is seeking a skilled Presales Solution Consultant to provide technical sales partnership and product guidance to Banking and Financial Services customers. As a key member of our team, you will participate in the growth of our customers by utilizing world-class technical pre-sales techniques to communicate the power, extensibility, and ease-of-use of the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand business and technical problems addressed by ServiceNow products, including business transformation, operational efficiency, key regulations & resilience, evolving business needs, security, etc.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers, both onsite and via video conference.
  • Interview customers to uncover their technology architecture and business needs.
  • Partner with sales teams in customer account and strategy planning.
  • Lead technical discussions with customers to help define objectives that ServiceNow can address and their business value.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform to provide customers with guidance and best practices in designing their solution.
  • Conduct transition briefings with sales personnel and professional services to communicate commitments and set expectations in preparation for deployment.
  • Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert at executive briefings and marketing events.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of enterprise-level software pre-sales experience (Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales Engineering) in the UKI.
  • Experience working with and selling to large enterprises (5000+ employees), financial services exposure is a plus.
  • Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with sales counterpart to guide execution excellence.
  • Business travel, as necessary within the UK and occasionally international travel to the US.
  • Presence in London or Staines office 1-2 times per week, when not with customers.
  • Fluency in English.
