We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Lecturer/Assessor to join our team at Access Training. As a Lecturer/Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and assessment in electrical training.
About You:
- You have a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience with a focus on electrical training.
- You are able to create engaging lesson plans and deliver instruction in a clear and concise manner.
- You are committed to ensuring the success of our learners and are willing to go above and beyond to meet their needs.
- You are a team player who is happy to work collaboratively with colleagues and independently as needed.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary, estimated at around £40,000 per year, based on industry standards and your level of experience.
- All training and qualifications paid for in full.
- A great working environment with flexible hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30).
- The opportunity to cover a range of subjects, including Part P, Building Regulations, Wiring Regulations, and Inspection & Testing.
