As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in leading kitchen operations, driving food culture, and maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Lead kitchen operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas and culinary concepts.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards, meeting the expectations of our customers and the company.
