Guildhall Tavern is Grade 2 Listed property began it's life as a 14th.
This historic place is still retaining original features such as the exposed wooden beams and leaded windows, marrying the old with the new the rooms feature period character alongside modern attributes.
Costumers can also enjoy the oak panelled in house restaurant which serves a mixture of local Welsh dishes as well as national and international favourites.

The Guildhall Tavern can be found just off the town centre in the medieval town of Denbigh and is just 5 minutes walk from Denbigh Castle.
Ideally located, the hotel is a short drive from The Clwydian Range, an Area of Outstanding Beauty, as well as Snowdonia National Park and the picturesque towns of Ruthin, Conwy and Llangollen.

Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at a bustling restaurant in the heart of the city Denbigh.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following recipes and presentation specifications
- Ensure all food preparation meets food safety standards
- Assist in planning menus and estimating food requirements
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to provide exceptional dining experiences
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Monitor and replenish kitchen inventory and supplies

**Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in a busy restaurant setting
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Proficient in meal preparation and presentation
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £10.31-£11.45 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
