About the Role:

As a Customer Services Assistant at Lincolnshire Co-op, you'll be part of a passionate and hardworking team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. You'll work on our checkouts, replenish stock, and share your knowledge of our range with customers, promoting the benefits of membership.

Our food stores are at the heart of many local communities, and you'll be joining a team that's committed to keeping the store fully stocked and ready for our customers. You'll need to demonstrate a passion for customer service, excellent communication and listening skills, and the ability to work well as part of a team to drive sales and achieve goals.
