The Role: Multi-Skilled Trades Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Trades Carpenter to join our Responsive Repairs team. You will play a vital role in maintaining and improving our properties across Skegness and the surrounding areas.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a variety of carpentry tasks, including repairs, installations, and general maintenance.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience as a Carpenter, ideally within the social housing sector.
  • Knowledge of building regulations and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in other trades, such as plumbing, plastering, or decorating.
  • Familiarity with using PDA devices and Microsoft Outlook.
