Claims Adjuster

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Loss Adjuster to join our team in Redhill. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims from initial field visit through to settlement, within clients' SLAs and meeting challenging audit criteria.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of commercial claims, providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct field visits to assess damage and negotiate settlements with clients.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless claim handling and resolution.
- Meet monthly settlement and financial targets, as set by your line manager.
- Proven experience in commercial losses, with a track record of delivering outstanding levels of service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- IT proficient, with experience of using claims management systems.
- Ability to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license is essential.
