About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Loss Adjuster to join our team in Redhill. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims from initial field visit through to settlement, within clients SLAs and meeting challenging audit criteria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial claims, providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Conduct field visits to assess damage and negotiate settlements with clients.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless claim handling and effective communication.
  • Meet monthly settlement and financial targets, as set by your line manager.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in commercial claims handling, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel frequently.
