Montessori Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Montessori Teacher to join our team at one of our nurseries in Chiswick W4. As a Montessori Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering the Montessori curriculum to children aged 2-5 years, nurturing their understanding of the Montessori ethos, and building excellent relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver the Montessori curriculum within your room, ensuring a high-quality educational experience for our children.
  2. Nurture understanding of the Montessori ethos amongst your colleagues, promoting a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  3. Build excellent relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring open communication and a positive atmosphere.
  4. Promote child welfare and ensure all safeguarding procedures are followed, maintaining a safe and secure environment for our children.
Requirements:
  1. Montessori Teaching qualification from a recognised provider.
  2. Strong knowledge of and experience in delivering EYFS and children's learning and development.
  3. Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  4. A passion for delivering amazing educational experiences to children, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
