We are working with a special school to find two Teaching Assistants to join their team on a long-term basis. The school caters to a wide range of special needs and disabilities, including Complex Needs.

The role involves providing general classroom support and 1-1 support to students. The two roles are available in primary and secondary settings, offering flexibility depending on your experience.

It is essential to have some form of experience working with SEND, whether in a school setting or support work. The school values patience, positivity, enthusiasm, proactivity, and a strong work ethic in their staff.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with long-term teachers to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
